Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck (Paragon)

E gave us a treat on the Friday that just past. This is the 4th time having dinner here and it doesn't disappoint me each time. So far, this is still the place where i feel that it serves the best Peking duck! So the previous week we had Peking duck at Old Hong Kong and yes, it cannot be compare to what you get at Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck.

These few precious pieces of crispy skin are meant to be eaten after dipping with some sugar. The best part of the entire duck's skin!

That's what you get if you request them to cut out the 2 thighs!

Credit to E for contributing to some of the photos, especially the one below. It shows how juicy and crispy the meat and skin is. I always request for them to cut out the thigh so that we can really enjoy some real good juicy duck meat. Try it for yourself the next time.

2nd cook for the rest of the duck meat is all that we can see below. Wrapping the minced duck meat with fresh lettuce. It is very refreshing especially when you had quite a few slices of those oily crispy skin and meat.

Spinach beancurd with prawns and scallop. We had the small portion since there are only 3 of us. There are 4 pieces of the beancurd, therefore if you have more people, you probably have to order the medium or large portion so that everybody can enjoy one each because it is so yummy!

Crab roe noodle. This can definitely feed more than 3 people even though we have ordered the small portion. It does look a little plain but the taste of it will not disappoint you.

Total cost of the meal was about $150
